Dr. Tim Naddy achieved both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting, the latter with a focus on Auditing and Systems from the University of Florida. As of February 2012, he achieved Doctor of Business Administration from Apollos University. This is coupled with years of professional experience and a nice mix of “Big 4” public accounting and private industry which gives Tim the "Holy Grail" foundation c-suites look for in a finance professional.
Dr. Naddy began his career in Big 4, eventually relocating to Tallahassee to serve a large client of the firm. While starting a family, he moved to a local CPA firm whenthe Big 4 client mix began shifting outside of the Tallahassee market. He spent 4 years with a private equity owned manufacturing / publishing / media franchisor (operations throughout North America) as their VP of Finance & Accounting helping to develop new media techniques for an old media (print) environment.
Dr. Naddy's responsibilities have encompassed full suite transactional accounting, reporting, GAAP compliance, treasury, franchise operations, debt/financing and FP&A. |
Most recently, through his consulting business, IEE Consulting, LLC, he serves the business community as a change manager in which he assists organizations with in-depth accounting, business consultation and organizational management including, but not limited to, daily operations, short-term strategic positioning and long-term exit strategies, as well as forensic accounting needs. Through IEE he has gained a wealth of knowledge in the internet and software industries and thus has literally “lived” in environments that were focused on development, capitalization and eventual launch of software products to drive operations and ROI.
Tim is married to his wife Jennifer and they have three boys: Jake, Luke and JD.
