Shorter College is thrilled to welcome Elizabeth Robbins as the new conductor of the Shorter Chorus; she will be joining the faculty this fall as a director of music education. Dr. Robbins brings a wonderful reputation as a high school and collegiate choral director to the Shorter campus, and we eagerly anticipate her debut!

The Choral Department of Shorter College presents the highlight of the Christmas season featuring the Shorter Chorale, the Shorter Chorus and the Rome Symphony Orchestra in a thrilling concert of holiday music. The performance will feature the Gloria! of John Rutter. The Rome Symphony Orchestra will also perform music of the season. Choral favorites, audience sing-a-longs, and a festive holiday atmosphere will start your Christmas season with a flourish!
