Ms. Susan Davis

Adjunct Instructor of Music - Flute

 

Flutist, Susan Davis, received her B.M. and M.M. degrees in Flute Performance from San Francisco State University and an Education Specialist degree from Berry College. Her flute teachers include Paul Renzi, principal flutist of the San Francisco Symphony and Isabelle Chapuis, graduate of the Paris Conservatory of Music. Susan has performed extensively in Northern California, Southeast Arizona, Central Mexico, and Northwest Georgia and as a performer at the National Flute Association Convention. For the past fifteen years, Susan has served as co-principal flutist with the Rome Symphony Orchestra. She also performs as principal flutist with the Chamber Players of the South and with the flute/cello/piano ensemble, Trio Magnolia. Susan is employed as a Music Specialist for Rome City Schools and as Adjunct Flute Instructor at Shorter University.
