Album features Shorter College’s Dr. Linda Lister

Shorter College assistant professor of music, voice coordinator and opera workshop director Dr. Linda Lister is featured on Lee McQuillan’s song cycle Seasons of Gold with the Dvorak Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Julius P. Williams. This is part of the album Midnight Tolls, a recording that highlights the diversity of modern American music.

Released by Albany Records on June 6, this is Dr. Lister’s second album with Albany Records. Her first, The American Soloist, is also available.Dr. Lister received the Bachelor of Arts in music degree from Vassar College, the Master of Music in voice from Eastman School of Music, and the Doctor of Musical Arts in voice performance from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
